Problem with Trados Freelance Plus 2022 SR1

Question

Dear, 
 I have 2 problems with Trados: 
 
 1. Since I downloaded Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2022 SR1 version I can't open any packages (sdlppx) . 
 2. I can't open some projects I've done, the message appears: Value can not be null. Parameter name:targetLanguage.

The main problem is nr. 1, that I can't load the package (sdlppx).

Could you help me? It is urgent.

 Are you working with Worldserver packages? If yes please install the new version of the WorldServer Compatibility Pack for Trados Studio plugin as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000020920 
 If not, please make sure all your plugins are updated for Studio 2021 SR1 version and if it still doesn`t work try to reset Studio: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001417

 To be able to import the return package, ensure that the project that the original package was created from is in Studio's list of projects.

 I assume you sent a project package to RWS Poland from which they created the return package, right? If yes, open that project package in Studio before opening the return package. 
 If not, provide me more details about the workflow you`re following.

 They need to send you a project package for review not a return package - please check this with them. 
 To be able to open the return package they also need to send you the original package they sent to the translator, which needs to be open in Studio before opening the return package.
