Hi everyone,
we have a trial license for Passolo 2022 Team. I thought I needed to activate this license in the License Manager, howerver, that didn't work. So I tried the activation in Passolo 2022 itself but that didn't work either. Now in the license overview, it says that 1/1 licenses are in use but our Passolo 2022 is not activated. Can the license be reset so I can activate it (again) in Passolo 2022 directly? Offline deactivation is not an option as there is no application where I can generate a deactivation certificate.
