With my current Studio 2019 licence I've also got Studio 2017 as an 'add-on'.
I can deactivate Studio 2019, but NOT Studio 2017 (neither online/offline).
It prevents me from upgrading to Studio 2022. How should I go about this?

Hello Robert Hollemans
In order to upgrade to Studio 2022, you don't have to disable Studio 2017, not even Studio 2019 - this is possible only for Freelance licenses like yours. Simply skip the deactivation step an continue the upgrade process. At the moment I don`t see any upgrades to 2022 available in your account but if you purchase it just follow the above instructions.
Thank you,
Sorin
Hello Sorin,
Thanks for your quick reply. Does this mean I cannot upgrade from Studio 2019 Freelance to Studio 2022, i.e. don't qualify for the discounts offered when upgrading?
Hello Robert Hollemans
I just provided technical information on how you can process the upgrade and mentioned that I don`t see an upgrade purchased yet (with discount or without).
For purchase details you can contact a Sales person here: https://www.trados.com/contact/chat.html
