For the second time in 4 months, I am having the problem where I have to reset my license. I was able to reset it, but when I try to do offline activation, when I enter the activation code, the installation ID is autofilled but that ID is different from the one on my latest license, and I can't edit it. The activation fails and I do not know what else to do.
