Laptop Damaged - Need to reinstall Trados Studio 2021

Hello, please I need your help. Out laptop had a serious hardware problem. As a result, our Trados Studio 2021 has not been deactivated and need to reinstall into a new one. Can you please provide support? 


Please note that one of the users (Sarahí) has left the company, please share next steps with the other license admins (Sara, Erik)
