How to offline activate Trados Studio 2022 when you do not have the link "Can't activate offline? - Get an offline Activation Certificate" to the right hand of the licenses?

Question

I have Trados Studio 2022 installation and my license server on a closed network (no access to internet). 
 I got some new Trados Studio 2022 licenses that I need to activate, but I do not have the link "Can't activate offline? - Get an offline Activation Certificate" to the right hand of the licenses. 
 I only got a link "Reset license" and that won't help me activate the licenses. 
 I think I need Trados support to give me the needed link to offline activation of my licenses, as I can't find a procedure other than this, which require a link to offline activate licenses:

 The new licenses replaces temporary licenses that run out tomorrow morning, so this is most urgent.
