Hello,
I have a license for Studio 2022 Freelance. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows and everything else. I tried to deactivate my license offline, I received a ticket by email and pasted it in the box and confirmed the deactivation, but I get an error message every time. Please help me deactivate my license so I can reinstall my software.

I just discovered that this is actually the community (and I am being rated for niceness!). I am older (both a longstanding client and a person old enough to wish I could retire) and am having a hard time keeping up with all the changes; I was under the impression I was logging a case file with RWS. Sorry!
Is it mandatory to pay for support now to be able to get assistance with license activation/deactivation from RWS? I guess I am a bit out of it. I would be very grateful for any assistance anyone could provide.
