I can no longer access the licenses page on my RWS account - locked out of Trados

Question

Hi, 
 
 After a problem with my PC, I have to re-install Trados 2021. 
 
 I was able to access the downloads on my account, but somehow, the Licences page does not open and ends up giving a timeout error. 
 
 Can you please help me with this? I cannot work right now.

 There`s a general issue with the licenses display in the accounts. This is currently investigated by our Development team and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
