Unable to update to Trados Studio 2022 SR1

Question

I tried to install the update Trados Studio 2022 SR 1, I was unable to access it after the update, I tried to change the script in C:Users to no avail. 
 I removed Trados from my Desktop computer and tried to install it to my laptop but I had forgottent to deasctivate the installation code, I tried to reset the activation code but I had a error message saying that a request had been sent to technical support, since Friday (July 14) no news. I need Trados to work, pls help!
