I appreciate your heIp- Unfortunatedly, I don't have access to the email used for this community.  That¡s a very old email that remained in time.  Fortunatedly, I can see that the license has been returned, and now I have register the software in my new laptop.

I hope not... I just checked and it's the latest one in your account.  If you cannot access it then you'll have problems using your account too.  Maybe worth changing this if you think it really is the old one?
