Dear Community Support,
I deactivated my license because of change of computer. I installed Trados on my new computer and activated it, all fine and well.
When resetting the new machine and trying to run Trados, Trados asked me to activate my license, although I had done so less than 20 min before!!!???
Now my RWS Account does not allow me to deactivate my license and informs me that it is in use, although my Trados installation does not seem to agree.
Please help!
