Traods Studio 2021 のアクティブ化が出来ません。
「Activate」をクリックし、現在使用中の Trados2021 の アクティベーションコードを入力しましたが、エラーメッセージが表示されました。
マイページでライセンス情報を確認いたしましたが、「ユーザー１，使用中１，使用可能０」という表示が出ております。
オフラインでのアクティブ化も試しましたが、エラーメッセージが表示され、アクティベーションできません。
使えるようになる方法を教えていただけますとありがたいです。
