After upgrading RAM in my laptop I wanted to use my Trados Studio 2021, but was required to activate it. Since I did not have the time (urgent project) to replace the RAM modules and deactivate first, I activated the software using one of my "extra activations" (as I own a Freelance Plus license), however now I no longer have an extra activation and it might be required when something happens to my main computer.
Could I please have the first license associated with my account reset?
