How do I import or create 2015 Trados Multitermbase files to 2022 Trados Multitermbase

Dear Community, 
 Hello, 
 Since my pc got broken and I found out that my 2015 Trados studio can't transfer to my new PC, I purchased and installed 2022 Trados to my computer. Even after removing old termbase application and installing New Multi Termbase, the old green logos of 2015 version of Multiterm base files are still on the desk top and can't open with the new termbase application? 
 Could any one kindly tell me how to convert 2015 termbase files to 2022 version and I can use them as I used before?

 There is no conversion necessary. 
 From your icon it's clear that you have the old versions installed on your computer and it's still owning the termbase. I suggest you do the following: 
 
 uninstall all the old versions from your computer of Studio and MultiTerm 
 run a repair for 2022 versions of both Studio and Multiterm. You should have these: Trados Studio 2022 - 17.1.6.16252 MultiTerm 2022 - 17.1.1.2185 
 Repair: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

 I'm not sure why you could not take your 2015 version to your new computer... but I guess this isn't relevant anymore.

 First of all there is no conversion necessary. You should be able to use termbases created in 2009 and still work with them today without having to make changes. All you need to do is copy the *.sdltb files from your old computer to your new computer. 
 Next, make sure you have installed these versions of the software: 
 Trados Studio 2022 - 17.1.6.16252 MultiTerm 2022 - 17.1.1.2185 
 Then just open MultiTerm, select one of your termbases and try to open it. If it won't please provide details of what you're seeing on the screen. Or even zip up one of your *.sdltb files and attach it to this forum when you replay so we can check it for you.
