Hi, we purchased Trados 2022 a month ago and were running it with the trial licence which has expired.
We've paid the bill and in our account page I can see a licence code for "Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network SN)" with no expiry date (perpetual) available.
But when I enter the code, it gives me this message:

Please note that we still get the annoying message about no internet connection although it is not true, as it told us that there was a SR1 available. But, when we want to check if there are new updates by clicking the button, it says it cannot check as there is no internet connection.
