Problems reactivating license on new PC

Question

Hi 
 I've got at new PC and have to move my SDL Trados Freelance 2017 to a new PC. 
 I have deactivated my program on my old PC offline and got an Deactivation Certifikate. I've copied this to my new PC. The program on my old PC is now longer active. 
 When I enter this Deactivation Certifikate in the RWS portal field " Deactivation Certificate" in this form: Offline Deactivation Certificate (my link: oos.sdl.com/.../offlinedeactcert.aspx 
 I get this error: 
 An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request . 
 Could you please advise my what to do?
