Trados Studio 2022 is not launching, without error message

Question

After installation we cannot open Trados Studio 2022, without any error message. We have tried: 
 - Run as Admin - Refreshing NET Frameworks 
 - Windows is up to date - Reinstallation of Trados 2022 
 
 Part of the Error logs from Event viewer: 
 Error 1026: 
 Application: SDLTradosStudio.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. 
 Error 1000:
