I traveled to another country and whanted to use Trados Studio 2022 on my laptop instead of my PC. I usually do that by desactivating Trados Studio ont the PC and activating on the laptop. But for some reason it didn't work. And now I'm not next to my PC anymore... I don't know what to do to be able to use Trados on the laptop...

You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Bonjour,
Mon ancien ordinateur portable est inutilisable car son écran est "voilé" (de marque ASUS)
J'ai donc téléchargé SDL Trados Freelancer Plus sur mon nouveau laptop (de marque HP),
je précise car il faut peut être identifié et distinguer l'un de l'autre mais je ne sais pas le faire
à partir des propriétés.
Ne parvenant pas à le faire en ligne (ça ne se connecte pas au serveur), j'ai donc cliqué sur
désactiver la licence hors ligne (à partir de mon nouvel ordi avec licence en période d'essai pour
une semaine encore). J'ai obtenu un ticket de désactivation sur mon compte et par email.
J'ai cliqué sur "confirmer la désactivation hors ligne, et là j'obtiens le message suivant :
Une erreur s'est produite lors de votre désactivation hors ligne. Si vous rencontrez d'autres problèmes, veuillez remplir une demande d'assistance.
Pouvez vous svp désactiver la licence (peut être sur les deux ordi, et m'indiquer comment générer la nouvelle
et au besoin me l'envoyer par mail.
Me contacter de préférence par tel mais je lis mes mails également
