Hello, I forgot to deactivate my license from my PC before working on my laptop (I cannot access my PC now) and I cannot deactivate the license on the PC. I receive the following message on RWS: ”An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.” Could you please help?
