License deactivation issue

I have a Trados freelance+ license. I deactivated the license in Trados before reinstalling Windows on this machine for Trados 2022. I got a confirmation that deactivation was successful. Then I reinstalled windows and logged into my RWS account, and on trying to reactivate Trados. When I logged back into the RWS page, it now says the license is not available. Attempting to reset the license generates an unspecified error.
