On one of our computers we have more and more different error messages while using Trados and sometimes it's very slow. Before going into the details of the messages, we want to try to deinstall and reinstall Trados Studio 2021 on this computer.
Which steps do we have to follow?
Deactivating for the licence in order to have this number free for later?
Installing using the exe file I can find in my account?
I can find "TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305.exe" in my account. Last time we updated from 2019 to 2021.
Is this the right installation file? Do I need more?
Thank you for your help in order to have a smooth reinstallation hoping that the problems will then be solved.
