Trados Studio 2021 licence - not available in my account

I bought an upgrade from 2017 to 2021 Freelance Plus in 2021. In my account there is still no licence for the 2021 version. Paul, you helped with this  last year and logged a support case on my behalf. I received an answer from RWS support telling me that the issue had been fixed. I must admit I didn't check again and have continued working happily with my 2019 version. Who can help? Many thanks. Christine
