Why is my Trados Studio licence showing as inactive? And why are there no options for activation on my account?

Hi there, I've just re-purchased a Freelance subscription, but it is showing as inactive on my account and there is no option for activating it. I've been using Trados Studio for three years and have never had this problem. I have no idea what to do!
