I need to upgrade my licence from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021 (bought the upgrade sometime ago but never proceeded with the actual upgrade).
I am now trying to upgrade the licence, but I am not able to first deactivate the license for Studio 2019.
Should I proceed with upgrading to 2021 without deactivating Studio 2019?
Or what can be done to fix this issue?
No need to deactivate Trados 2019. You can proceed without deactivating. Trados 2019 will continue to work as long as it is installed on the same PC as Trados 2021.
