Deactivation of license after PC crash

Hi, 

I have searched the community website and other places without finding a solution. My PC with Studio 2017 Freelance Plus crashed a few days ago. I then purchased Studio 2022 and want to use it on another PC but am not able to deactivate the 2017 version. I received an email after trying to deactivate offline but received an error message after inserting the deactivation ticket. Have tried offline activation several times afterwards but have not received more emails or "tickets".  

Looking forward to getting this fixed.
