I bought access but evidently it has been using my free trial. Now I have logged in but cannot activate my license. Where do I find the activation code? I am pressed for time! it seems super complicated and i cannot find anything about an access code in any e-mails. Please help ;o) BR Jorunn
Thanks Elisa, but when I enter the activation code as requested, it says it does not work on this perpetual license? I am so confused. I have the Trados studio now installed ln my pc, log pn, put the vode in, but get this message. Is it because I only have access to activate an online version and not one one my machine? Where do I access the version I have paid for?
