Hi,

I  bought SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus on 11 March 2020. It was an upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus to SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus + eLearning for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Intermediate Level.

When I click on the Trados Icon on my desktop the message 'Evaluation Expired 37' comes up and also an icon that has 'Activate' on it. When I click on the Activate icon it looks for my Activation Code. When I insert the Activation Code it says it's incorrect (even though it is the one I received when I bought Studio 2019).

This has happened before and when it does, usually turning on and off the computer resets it and the message no longer comes up. However I've done that a few times now and the message 'Evaluation Expired 37' keeps coming up.

Please help!
