My Laptop damaged and I need to reinstall Trados on my new computer.
I had no chance to deactivate my previous one.
As far as I understood, I need to deactivate my previous one but I had no chance to that.
Can I still deactivate my license on RWS website(and simply download and reactivate) or do I need to contact to someone?
I'm still new to Trados.....please help me!
