Computer crashed - license deactivation requested

Hello! My computer crashed and I'm unable to deactivate my license (Trados Studio 2021). I tried the deactivation options on my account, but I was unsuccessful and would like to log a support ticket, but I see that my attempts to do so go directly to this forum, so now I wonder if I'm doing this right.
