Subscription activation problem - Trados Studio 2022

Yesterday I bought a subscription and I received confirmation that it is now working. However, when I try to log in following RWS instructions, it does recognize my account but doesn't display any subscription to activate.For this reason, if I just select my name (no ID is shown) from the "Choose an account" dropdown menu and click on OK, it tells me that I have no license and Studio will be closed. To use it, I need to activate the product.

Can you please help me?
