I have a problem in activating Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Supscribtion.

Hello, I need your urgent help. When activating subscription I receive error like in the attachment. I checked I uninstalled it on my previous PC and installed it on my new PC, but I used trial version on my new PC. Now it has been expired and I can't activate it.
