You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Yes, I tried that, but I am unable also to reset the license, as I get an error. I just logged a ticket with support, let's see if they are able to help. BTW, I have a Trados Studio 2019 Freelance license, just realised I forgot to mention it.
