お世話になっております。
Trados Studio 2019 Professionalを使用しておりますが、オフラインの非アクティブ化でエラーが発生しました。
ライセンスのリセットを試しましたがこちらも以下のようにエラーになってしまいます。

他のPCで使用するために非アクティブ化したいのですがどうすればよろしいでしょうか。
