The license you`re trying to activate is a Network license and it cannot be activated directly in Studio. The license seems to be already activated on a server so from Studio you need to follow these steps: click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the server where the license is activated (check this with IT if you don`t know the server name)> click "Activate".
