In the offline deactivation, Trados Studio 19 doesn't generate the certificate and I can't deactivate the license. The software "thinks" it is deactivated as I can no longer open it, but the license still shows as in use in my account.
My laptop is very old and doesn't have much battery power, even when plugged in to the electricity, so a solution that can be implemented quickly would be great.
