Hi,
Last year, my laptop got stolen. I wasn´t working as a translator anymore at that time, so I didn´t need Trados anymore so I never bothered with the license issue. However, now I need my Trados Studio again. What can I do to deactivate the license of the stolen laptop?

You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, that option doesn´t work for me. The reset option is not there on my license page...
Sorry, I just realized why the reset option isn´t there. I had one activation left.
