I am a buyer of Trados Studio 2022 freelance license. Since my purchase in March 2023, I have been having issues with activation. When I run the activation, it doesn't go any further with the message error ID: 210150 and the license goes to IN USE status on the homepage. I have reset the license before with your help, and after that it worked fine on another computer.
However, it still does not activate on my main PC and the number of times I have reset the license is over 3 and I cannot reset it anymore.
I tried offline deactivation instead of resetting the license like the Q&A on the homepage, but I can't generate the deactivation certification because the application is not running because the trial period of Trados Studio 2022 has expired.
I can't activate even after deleting and reinstalling Trados several times, so I plan to replace my main PC if I can reset the license this time.
