Can some help me deactivate my license to activate on a new computer. I was using Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2022 on a MAC using parallels but really struggled with it being slow and freezing. So, I got a windows computer license from 27-09-2022. I got as far as getting the deactivation initiated but it won't let me confirm it.
