I cannot activate my licence. At the moment I have on my computer SDL Trados Studio 2019 which is not working either. I am quite upset, the system is too complicated. I've tried to follow the istructions about "activate SDL 2019 with SDL 2021" but doesn't work either. I need urgent support, please.
