Please urgently reset my license, cannot do it myselfv

My activation code is xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.

Earlier this year I first had hardware trouble, did a reinstall, then ditched the old notebook and bought a new notebook and when installing that once I needed to have my licenses reset. Since then, I every only have used Trados on this new notebook. After the reset you performed for me earlier this year, I had two available licences.

However, this same Notebook (it is on Windows 11) tells me every 30 days that my evaluation iperiod s expiered. I click on activate, enter the activiation code, it tells me that activiation is successful, and I can continue to work. This has happend two tiimes since then. Today it has happend a third time and I am again out of licenses.

I also cannot reset the license myself because the system tells me that I have already exceeded three license reset in twelve months.

a) Please URGENTLY reset my license so that I can re-activate this installation once more. I have a deadline tomorrow !!

b) Please kindly let me know whether there is any known problem of the license invalidating after activation on Windows 11 and whether there is anything that I can do about it.
