Good morning,
I have updated successfully my "Personal details" but there is no way to add my VAT number.
The web page replies: "VAT number is invalid".
I can not buy any product without being overcharged. Please help. Thank you.

The VAT number should be valid in order to be added to our system. You can check whether it is valid under this link https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
If it is valid on the VIES website, it will be valid in our system as well.

My VAT number is valid as confirmed by the link you provided (see screenshot below).
I still can not add it to my Account details.
Please help.
