Question

Hi my name is Davy Cutler and I am looking after the trados and passolo licensing at Queens University Belfast. 
 We have 15 trados and 15 passolo licenses that have been assigned to individual users. 
 This was done during covid when students were working from home. 
 Whenever anyone tries to access trados or passolo it says that there are no licences available. 
 Can we unassign these licences and have them available so that any user will get a licence whilst they are connected and once they disconnect that licence becomes free. 
 Any help on this would be appreciated.
