SDL Studio 2022 SR1 corrupt after installing Compatibility Pack & SDL Studio 2021 also not working any because it has been deactivated

Question

Hi, 
 After installing the Trados Compatibility Pack in Trados Studio 2022 SR1 the program is doesn't start any more. 
 We receive the error message "Error when starting Studio: "Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' could not be started" 
 Repairng the installation doesn't help. 
 And at the same time our backup SDL 2021 installation has been deactivated. 
 Both versions not running!!!! 
 Please provide us with helpful support asap.
