Offline deactivation process

Hello,

I would like to deactivate my license on my old computer, which crashed and which I can't use anymore.

I have a Freelance Plus version of Studio 2017, i.e. with 2 licenses. But I wish to be able to use both licenses in the future.

I've received the email with the Offline Deactivation Authorization/Ticket, but am not sure how to proceed.


I'm not sure if I understand these instructions:
