I can't find the reset license link

Question

Hello, I need to reset my license but I can't find the reset license link. 
 
 The box "in use" in in blank.

I presume I should activate it ifirstly. I tried to do that but could not. Can anyone give any tip on how to solve this issue?

 Reset license button appears only when the license is in use. DO you have an error when trying to activate the license?
