I had Trados Studio 2017 installed on a VirtualBox VM. This machine no longer exists. When I try to activate my new installation on a physical machine, I get the message that connection to the server failed. I assume that this is because of the previous installation. How can I deactivate a no-longer existing installation and activate a new one? BTW I can prove that the previous machine no longer exists.
