Error with Language Cloud - I can't use machine translation

Hello,

I have a Trados Studio 2019 professional license. Until now, I could use Language Cloud when necessary. Today I get the error "No se puede acceder a los servidores de Language Cloud. Compruebe la conexión a internet y la configuración del cortafuegos e inténtelo de nuevo". I can't use machine translation even though the internet connection is fine and the firewall too. Can you please help as soon as possible?
