I cannot activate the 2022 licens, since I do not see the license number for the new version, but only the one for the 2021 version:
May be the reason is the order status which is not "termuinated" as the previous 4 orders (though the ammount has been paid and payment confirmed by RWS).

Did you process your upgrade? In your account you should see a link for processing the upgrade which will effectively replace the 2021 licence with the 2022 version.
