Hi,

I have a licence for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. My old computer died and now I need to activate the licence on my new computer. I downloaded this version that was in my downloads on my account: SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15. Did I do the right thing as the name is not exactly the same? This was the only option available.

 As far as I remember, first I need to deactivate it, as it is still active on my old computer. I tried to deactivate it on my RWS account, offline, but it shows an error: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.

1. Can you please help me get my code and licence on my RWS account?
