Inquiry about License Acitivation

Hi,

This is a new user of the Trados 2022 version.

It says this version offers new users a 30-day free trial, but it keeps asking me to type in a license activation code I don't have. Otherwise, I can't use it. Could you please help with this issue? Thank you

    Thank you for replying to me.

    Unfortunately, it still cannot work. I clicked on "close", and then it popped up a window, saying, "The product license has been deactivated, and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product".

    A customer staff at RWS replied that the 30-day free trial is counted starting from the date you download Trados Studio 2022, not the date you register an account with the application. Is this true? On the contrary, the other team staff told me a different answer from this customer service staff.
